Ready, Set ..... Shoot!

Pick up a digital camera. You have 10 minutes to take pictures.

Tips:

• Hold the camera steady. Use a tripod if necessary.
• Use natural light whenever possible . Use the flash sparingly.
• Put the sun behind you.
• Use the horizon as a guide.
• Vertical pictures suit some subjects better . Turn the camera sideways if necessary!
• Rule of Thirds
• Get at Eye Level
• Get Closer ... Closer ...
• Beware of Digital Zoom
• Chose an Appropriate Background
